Your job

• Your technical know-how helps you control house technology as well as minor repairs
• You take care of the garbage delivery, the exterior cleaning, the office, staircase and sanitary cleaning
• You are responsible seasonally for the winter service in your object
• You work 20 hours a week as a jumper (more hours are possible)

• You bring basic technical understanding and craftsmanship
• You have a class B licence
• You have a high degree of reliability
