The SEG Stadtentwicklungsgesellschaft Wiesbaden mbH is a municipal Companies of the Landeshauptstadt Wiesbaden with diverse tasks the urban development of the project. The SEG is also works as developer, conducts construction projects as project developers through, takes over different project development projects as project controllers and works of the city of Wiesbaden and manages its own Real estate stock.

Projektmanagement

The tasks include:

• Participation in the assignment of external expert planners for the Civil engineering in new construction, renovation and infrastructure measures as well as open systems and their independent control (project management) in all performance phases of HOAI
• coordination and monitoring of the contractual planning and Construction services of contractors
• Project control according to AHO in all project stages and areas of action
• Coordination of professional participants in building function e.g. Approval Authorities of the Land of Hesse, the state capital Wiesbaden, specialist offices, engineering offices etc.)
• Contract management
• Creating, tuning and updating medium outflow plans for construction and planning costs
• Creating, tracking and updating schedules, technical documentation, opinions and project studies and documentation

Your profile

• Successfully completed university studies (Bachelor/ Master) or diploma) of civil engineering, direction of development of transport and road construction / infrastructure planning
• Multiannual practical work experience in controlling Projects with many actors (Institutions, Authorities, Disposal companies and others)
• knowledge of relevant standards, regulations and directives in the field of public development
• knowledge of public procurement law and relevant practical Experience
• Impressed communication skills and negotiation security in German language
• Knowledge of specialist software preferably AutoCAD, MS Office, MS-Project
• Steady readiness for performance and responsibility and a high Measure self-initiative and team-oriented and at the same time independent, independent work
• Excellent quality and cost awareness
• Safe and competent occurrence
• Ownership of Class B licence
