Close cooperation with the Head of Division Automotive Engineering both in terms of time and content Support for operational and administrative tasks Organisation of appointments/events including planning Support in creating presentations Preparation of meetings including protocol management Travel planning and booking

Successfully completed commercial training Professional experience as an assistant to the management Very good application knowledge in MS Office SAP knowledge is an advantage Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing High level of reliability, sense of responsibility, flexibility and self-initiative
