At 01.07.2026 we are looking for you as Head:in Test Area Mitte (w/m/d) for DB InfraGO AG at Frankfurt am Main. Your tasks:

In your role, you are responsible for the professionally and organizationally safe implementation of the test expert services in control and safety technology as well as electrical engineering in the testing area and in projects in the Middle Region In doing so, you control the operational and professional performance, develop the production control and take over the prioritization in conflicts of target and resource, as well as the expert advice on test topics You are responsible for the strategic resource planning of the audit experts including capacities, licenses and internal performance compensation between regional units In addition, you lay the technical foundations for tutorials for test experts and continuously develop them Furthermore, you take the preparation and coordination of recognition procedures with examiners on behalf of (PiA) and the InfraGO inspection body, as well as the application for the recognition of test experts, and thus contribute to the continuous further development of test expert services in You ensure uniform principles in the conclusion of performance agreements and contracts with internal contracting entities and ensure consistent and comprehensible calculation of audit expert performance

Your profile:
