Our three-group "Kinder-Wichen-Haus" children's day care for children from the first year of life to the school entrance in a partially open concept on the basis of Christian value keeping. A special focus is on cross-group offerings as well as the generation-connecting work in cooperation with an adjacent retirement home. In addition, we work closely with the children's and family centers of Mühlburg and other partners in order to create needs-oriented offers in the areas of care, advice, education and encounter.

Your tasks:

• They accompany children attentively and sensitively in their self-education and development processes
• Design and develop the quality of pedagogical work continuously together with the team
