Your new challenge:

• Telephone consultation and initial acceptance of customer requests from our national and international customers • Telephone assistance with technical, in particular electrical, technical questions about our KLAFS products • Contact persons for our service technicians, technicians, external services and international sales partners • Order preparation and processing of service operations (customer master data, order acquisition with technical clarification, billing).

To convince us:

• You have a completed technical training, ideally focusing on electronics or electrical engineering • Safe handling of MS-Office as well as knowledge of goods management systems, ideally SAP • Good knowledge of English, other foreign language of advantage • Communication skills, consulting skills and customer orientation
