Commercial Senior Project Developer (m/f/d)

Identify and secure attractive properties, especially for residential and commercial projects that offer high urban and economic added value. Develop a clear project strategy for each plot – from the first feasibility analysis to the exit scenario. Conduct project teams across disciplines in project development and drive all relevant processes forward. Tax projects holistically, including costing, time planning, cost-effectiveness calculation and reporting – with the aim of bringing construction projects to market maturity on time and budget. Take the ownership role (building function) (m/w/d) and represent the company sovereignly to all project participants – from authorities to politics to investors. Make strategic decisions by preparing and presenting project stands and proposals in internal bodies.

You have a degree in real estate, architecture or civil engineering. You have demonstrable successes in the independent control and development of large-volume housing projects. You are familiar with land transport and building contracting – and You know what is important in the successful negotiation with owners. You think entrepreneurial, networked and solution-oriented. Their conceptual thinking is reflected in the development of sustainable project ideas. Their strength lies in communication and negotiation – both at technical and political level. You have a high regional connection or affinity to Baden-Württemberg – and understand the peculiarities of the market.
