Your tasks -- Promote children, shape development

• They care and promote children lovingly and individually, so that each child can grow at his own pace and develop his potential.
• Pedagogical offers plan and run independently -- from creative projects to ranges of movements to targeted support units that take into account the development of each child.
• Continuously observe development processes and document them carefully to make progress visible and prepare the next steps in a targeted manner.
• In close cooperation with parents and the team, you actively shape the Kita everyday, exchange regularly and create a trusting educational partnership.
• In addition, you will create festivals, excursions and special promotions that will give children unforgettable experiences and strengthen the sense of community.
