Internationalization – You are responsible for developing and expanding our CRM routes in France, Benelux, Italy and Spain. Local lead magnets, locally relevant content, clean translation workflows Lifecycle routes in Klaviyo – Welcome, Abandoned Cart/Browse, Post-Purchase, Winback and Replenishment systematically optimize and trim to performance List growth as its own growth lever – pop-ups, lead magnets, Loyalty connection, cross-channel capture. You don't think in ''building pop-up'' but in ''Pipeline with measurable contribution to the top line conversion'' A/B Testing Program – You build a real testing culture: Subject Lines, Send Times, Segments, Templates. With documented learnings instead of gut feeling Segmentation, Deliverability & Listen Hygiene – LTV & Engagement-based Segments, Transmitter reputation, Clean Sunsetting Campaign Execution International – You Start & send the weekly newsletter campaigns in international markets

Must-have:

1–4 years of hand-on experience in Klaviyo – You don’t build Flows for the first time, you know where the stumbling traps are, and can critically evaluate an existing account structure D2C or e-commerce background – You know the timing of an online shop, think in CR, AOV and repurchase rate Experience with multilingual shipping or international markets – ideally, you have already helped to build a market or supervise a multilingual account. Solid data competence – you don't only read Klaviyo reports, you analyze them. You can set up a Cohort evaluation yourself and evaluate an A/B test Nice-to-have (one of them is a clear plus): French, Italian or Dutch at work level Experience with Loyalty tools (e.g.: Memberr) Shopify Plus Confession and Klaviyo Shopify Integration in Detail First contact with Messenger Marketing (WhatsApp, SMS or comparable) What is important to us – beyond the CV: You like to work independently, but not on your own. You say if something doesn't work, instead of doing it nicely. And you can distinguish between 'Quick Win' and 'strategic lever'.
