In this role, you conduct the Anti Financial Crime Division within the Compliance area with the fight against money laundering and terrorist financing as well as financial sanctions from the Second Line of Defense. You take responsibility as monetary policy officer (GWB). Your task is to identify, evaluate and effectively control money laundering and sanction risks. To do this, you develop preventive strategies and internal security measures with your team in close cooperation with the departments, conduct risk analyses, monitor control systems and develop trainings that you successfully establish in the company. You influence product design and processes in sales, operations, risk management, IT and other key business areas. You are the central contact person(s) for the Executive Board, Supervisory Boards, External Auditors and Auditors and have a direct technical report line to the CEO. You move in a sensitive area of confidentiality and exchange with other regulated financial service providers and supervision within the legally permitted framework. You lead a team of highly qualified experts and develop them professionally and personally.
