Deputy Head of General Planning (m/f/d)

Responsibility: Conduct of three multidisciplinary teams (total of about 10 employees) including direct leadership of team leaders Urban design: development of urban planning concepts as well as the control and monitoring of procedures for the creation of planning law Product development: Responsible for the high-quality design determination in the context of the property acquisition, the planning support of housing and quarter development, as well as the content and design optimization and further development of our housing products Innovation: further development, design and implementation of innovative planning methods Optimization: Introduction and further development of digital tools such as BIM, parametric planning, simultaneous engineering and AI-based processes

Background: Complete study of architecture or comparable qualification Expertise: Multiannual professional experience in planning housing structures, ideally in a leading function Skills: Comprehensive expertise in design planning and conceptual development, especially in the area of housing construction Soft-Skills: Representative communication and presentation skills, high interest in systematized and sustainable building as well as strong commitment as a driver for innovation
