Accompanying and promoting young people with learning impairments in off-farm training (BaE) Practical introduction of trainees to work and training opportunities in garden and landscape construction Start practical training projects and implement training content directly on training sites Support for young people to discover their strengths and develop career prospects

Completion as a master or technician in garden and landscape construction and first experiences Experience as an instructor, ideally with rehabilitators or vulnerable young people Joy of sharing knowledge and accompanying people Driving licence of classes BE and C1E (former class 3) Safe handling of numbers and ability to work independently and team-oriented Personal strengths lie in communication, team skills and empathy in dealing with trainees
