Pre- & postoperative care: You take over the pre- and post-operative care of our patients: inside and accompany them during their stay. Administrative appointment organisation: You are responsible for administrative preparation, including examination requirements, OP documents and appointment assignment. Recording & Administration: You support the reception of our patients and take over patient-related administrative and administration tasks. Speak-time assistance: You accompany and assist the medical speaking hours and run digital patient records. Medical activities: You carry out medical activities such as blood collection, ECGs and smears.

You have completed training as MFA and ideally experience in speaking hours as well as OP appointment. You have good computer skills, especially in MS Office and Medico. You are characterized by a friendly and accommodating handling of patients: inside and a pronounced service orientation. You are team-ready, flexible and bring a high level of commitment. You convince by enforcing strength, organizational understanding and like to work interdisciplinary.
