Health Coordinator m/w/d

As a Health Coordinator, you are responsible for the coordination and implementation of operational health management as well as the standard WHS Health Programs at our Fillment Center at the Hof (Gattendorf) site. In this role you coordinate various interfaces for special programs, processes and offers on site. As a Health Coordinator, you are a contact person for the local management team, for network experts and suppliers in relation to the needs of the site or the local staff. You report directly to the WHS Manager on site.

Coordination and implementation of health measures in FC Coordination and organisation of the local occupational medical process including supplier management, compulsory documentation and organisation, and implementation of the investigation planning Coordination and organisation of the local medical process including the first aid process and coordination process with suppliers Close cooperation and exchange with the local management team, including location management, works council, HR and safety Creation of regular health communications on site Collecting, preparing and reporting health management data Organisation and implementation of special health events, including Mental Health & Wellbeing Days Close cooperation with the local WHS safety team Representation of holidays and illnesses by colleagues in the cluster

Completed vocational training or studies, ideally in the health sector Experience in effective communication with different stakeholders Hands-on mentality and organizational talent Experience in working with confidential information and dealing with sensitive data Advanced knowledge of German in word and writing Good knowledge of English Very good handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment Target and service-oriented thinking and working style Experience to work independently as well as as as a team member Experience in effective communication with different stakeholders Preferred qualifications: First experiences in the health sector (e.g. as a physiotherapist, merchant/wife in health care, etc.) Additional qualifications in the field of health (licences, further education, etc.) Experience in the implementation of process improvements in the professional environment Very good organizational skills.
