Your new sphere of action

The CJD is one of the largest educational and social enterprises in Germany. You want to create something new and accompany young people on their way? Together with us you build a stationary group with six seats for young men (14–21 years). Our intensive educational offer gives them a alternative for prison and opens up new perspectives.

The focus is on the individual promotion of young people. They support them in assuming responsibility and promoting their personal development.

Your New Task

• Support and support for young people in the residential and leisure areas
• Reference work with young men, their parents and carers
• design of group dynamic trainings as well as leisure, sports and day offers
• Accompanying legal negotiations and administrative appointments
• Conflict management in challenging group situations
• Help planning and targeting with young people

Your profile

• completed training as a state-approved educator (w/m/d) or
• Complete study of social work or social education
• Experience in working with behavioural young people desirable
• rest, balance, patience and enforcement
• ready for shift service, even on weekends
• Remarkable is the membership of a Christian church belonging to the working community of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany
