Personal, professional and organizational management of the staff area Medical Informatics / Data protection Support and maintenance of IT systems used in the Cancer Register Baden-Württemberg and support in error analysis Accompanying version changes of the cancer register software (e.g. Tristan, reporting portal): e.g. ticket creation, testing, acceptance/quality assurance with external software company Link to the IT of DRV BW as well as external parties and software providers Advising the management of the trust office on questions of IT and contact persons for the team's IT questions Data Protection Coordinator: Examination and Ensure of Information Security and Compliance with Data Protection in Contact with the Data Protection Officer Further development of data processing, evaluation and processes taking into account legal standards to which the cancer register is subject further development of reporting; Creating statistics/individual evaluations Project activity, e.g. as part of the further development of the trust, support of the technical transformation process, development of a knowledge base Technical cooperation with external working groups and events at national and federal level.

Successfully completed study of Medical Informatics, Medical Information Management, Bioinformatics, Digital Health, Data Science, Health Management or a comparable study with proven computer science competence. Experience and knowledge in the administration of IT systems and in user training and support Knowledge of programming languages of statistical data analysis (e.g. R) and their advanced graphical processing applications (e.g. R/Shiny, R/Studio, QlikView). Experience with database systems and understanding of interface formats (e.g. XML, FHIR) Very good knowledge of MS Office products, knowledge of macro programming (VBA) Project experience Knowledge of documentation and registration processes or the understanding of procedures in clinics/practice are advantageous Analytical and solution-oriented thinking as well as the ability to keep an overview even in challenging situations and to structure the tasks in the area of responsibility independently.
