Tasks with perspectives You accompany up to three teams as Scrum Master and are supported by an experienced Scrum of Scrum of Scrum Master. You coach the teams on the way to agile excellence with the help of suitable agile methods and metrics. You promote and moderate agile events, take care of impediments and challenges in the team and see yourself responsible for effective cooperation. Personality with profile

You are currently studying in the field of (economic)informatics, economics, (economic)psychology or a comparable field of study. You have knowledge of German (at least C1 level) and good English (B2 level). You live the agile values of respect, openness, focus, courage and commitment. You are empathic and assertive and possess very good communicative skills. Your independent, independent and team-oriented work will complete your profile. Nobody is perfect!
