Leadership, development and organisation of the team in work preparation and prototype construction Planning, control and optimization of production orders taking into account capacities, material availability and dates Creation, maintenance and further development of work plans, piece lists and production documents Close interface work with production, development, purchasing and quality assurance Analysis and continuous improvement of production processes (e.g. Lean, CVP) Participation in investment decisions and the introduction of new manufacturing technologies Ensuring efficiency, quality and timeliness in production preparation Design and implementation of change management processes, including structured control of product approaches and outputs

Complete technical studies or comparable qualifications (e.g. technicians or masters with relevant professional experience) Deep experience in work preparation, ideally in a manufacturing environment of the electronics or energy industry Founded leadership experience in an industrial company Very good knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and MS Office Structured, analytical and solution-oriented operation Impressed communication capability and enforcement capability Very good knowledge of English and German
