What awaits you:

• As Store Manager own Stores (m/w/d), you are responsible for the disciplinary and professional leadership of employees in your branch.
• You are responsible for the coaching of sales processes in the branch and pass on successful sales techniques to the team.
• You are responsible for the income management and thus the target achievement of the branch.
• You are responsible for the proper operation and appearance of the branch, taking into account and ensuring compliance with legal regulations, the Vodafone Retail Guidelines, as well as the inventory and cash rules.
• You initiate measures to increase customer satisfaction as part of the specifications.
• You are analysing action fields and proactively forcierst the sustainable remedy.
• You initiate measures to increase customer satisfaction and develop sales promotion measures.

What distinguishes you:

• A completed commercial or commercial vocational training.
• At least 4 years of professional experience in retail, telesales/telemarketing or customer operations or alternatively a completed study and at least. 2 years of professional experience.
• Experience and talent for leadership of employees: inside.
• Very good knowledge of telecommunication solutions.
• Very good understanding of sales methods/ techniques.
• Flowing German knowledge in word and writing (C1 to GER).

This body can be exercised in fulltime or full-time part-time (min. 30 hours).
