District Manager in Retail (m/w/d)

For the federal states of Lower Saxony and Bremen, we are looking for dedicated managers in the Oldenburg and Bremen regions as district managers in retail (m/w/d).

Responsibility for the appearance of the sales area in a selected branch and control of all organizational processes Guided tours of about 10 branches with around 80 employees, motivation, promotion and development of the teams as well as independent staff setting Focus on optimal sales and ensuring highest customer satisfaction Planning of annual inventory, monitoring of inventory results and implementation of improvement measures Ensure smooth operations in existing facilities in new openings, rebuilds and closures as well as implementation of the sales concept

Experience as a market or branch line in retail, preferably in the food or nonfood discount Entrepreneurial and cost-conscious decision-making Sovereign, communication-strong appearance High flexibility and loyalty Class B driving licence
