Our tasty, traditional baked goods are offered with the highest craftsmanship, quality and freshness in 16 branches. In addition, we supply a large number of canteens and gastronomy.

Become Managing Director (m/w/d) in full time with a family-run, successful operation – with a perspective to/from the co-partner!

You grow with responsibility: From the start, you work closely with our managing director Henrik Heuer and quickly take independent projects. You actively shape: whether digitalization, sales or employee leadership – you bring your own ideas and implement them. Below, you assume the overall responsibility of a family business, exert considerable influence on the company and its customers and become a co-partner. You get to know the craft from scratch: from the oven to the office – you understand our processes and develop them further. You lead with heart and mind: You become part of our established leadership and are contact person for all employees and trainees. You bring fresh wind: Consistently questioning, creating new structures, promoting agile thinking – this is exactly your thing.

You have completed your Bachelor or Master degree in an economic field. You're a bakery salesman, baker or geselle with the intention to take the master exam. You've been able to gain experience as a manager. You are a team player and love to motivate and lead employees. You have a high level of communication skills, sense of responsibility and empathy. You have a hand-on mentality and want to pack yourself. You are safe to use software and computer. And you love the always fresh air on the coast,)
