Your tasks:

• Preparation of food and presentation of food
• Control of goods and stocks
• Preparation and preparation of cold and hot dishes
• Composition of recipes
• Compliance with hygiene guidelines (HACCP) and safety regulations

Our requirements:

• Complete training in gastronomy, e.g. as chef, baker, confectioner
• Practical experience in the described task
