Independently responsible processing of the power phases 6 and 7 according to HOAI Creation of performance directories for building projects Quantity determinations and cost control Examination and evaluation of offers and preparation of proposals Coordination with planning teams, specialist planners and contractors Ensuring compliance with deadline, quality and cost targets

Completed studies in the field of civil engineering, architecture, construction management or comparable Experience in performance phases 6 and 7 according to HOAI Safe handling of AVA software (e.g. California or comparable) and common Microsoft Office applications Good knowledge of public procurement and contracting Structured, independent and careful operation Teamability in dealing with internal and external project participants Secure knowledge of German in word and writing (min. on B2-level)
