You ensure that everything is right behind the scenes – when processing large amounts of cash, voting accounts and communicating with our customers. As an employee: in the back office of our Cash Center you are part of a system-relevant process: You check deposits, edit complaints and ensure accounting order – so that cash finds its way safely and correctly. Testing of deposit documents and shipping of customer reports Processing of false money cases and cheque management Communication with customers and internal contact persons Booking of customer revenues via customer-owned booking terminals Daily account adjustment including balance analysis and booking control Processing of customer complaints

You have a completed commercial training, for example as an office businessman (m/w/d), bank businessman (m/w/d) or the like, and/or bring experience in dealing with numbers and booking systems Your reliability, your numerical understanding and your communication strength are important to us. In addition, you have an impeccable Leumund (immigrant-free police leadership certificate & positive Schufa information) MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is familiar to you Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Willingness to work in shiftwork
