Our customer rents apartments and commercial objects all over Hamburg and is looking for a homemaster (m/w/d) for Bramfeld.

EXPENDITURE

• Maintain apartments, pitches, garages, commercial objects and other facilities
• Compliance with the house regulations (e.g., staircase cleaning), rental hours, apartment removals, transfers and visits etc.
• Work in the outdoor facilities, reading of consumption meters, planning and implementation of small repairs
• Maintenance and control of technical facilities and game equipment, control of the work execution of foreign companies

PROFIL

• completed vocational training recognised in Germany
• Experience as a master (m/w/d)
• Car driving licence
