Control and further development of the various tasks, including: work, service and protective clothing Security service Accounting topics operation, travel organization Reception / central, post office / house printing Moving planning and implementation, furniture and equipment Area management, vehicle pool, rental

Leadership and development of employees in the respective specialist groups Budget and investment planning as well as overarching room planning incl. Facility and Furnishing Confidential cooperation with the Works Council on co-determinable and social issues Collection of offers and negotiation with external service providers Development and implementation of innovative measures to improve service quality

Successfully completed commercial training with several years of professional experience or a comparable qualification Multi-year leadership experience Representative social competence and team orientation Analytical thinking and structured working Economic thinking and high cost awareness High quality standards and strong service orientation Organizational and own initiative negotiating skills as well as very good communication skills Safe handling of MS Office applications
