Development, development and maintenance of a comprehensive software base for several applications Analysis of technical and technical requirements and derivation of a suitable software structure Sustainable development of the platform and optimization of the associated development processes Consultation and support of development teams when using the software platform Implementation of software components in C++ as well as optional in Rust and TypeScript for different operating systems (e.g. Linux, QNX, FreeRTOS) Selection, coordination and technical control of external development partners Planning and implementation of development tasks by agile methods (Scrum) Use of modern technologies and tools such as current C++ standards, version management, build and test tools as well as web and embedded technologies

Completed study (at least Bachelor) of Computer Science or comparable qualification More than five years of professional experience in software development Multiannual activity in the role of a software architect Very good programming skills, especially in C++ (C++17/20) or alternatively Rust Experience with modern build and development environments (e.g. CMake, Git, CI tools) Knowledge in embedded and real-time systems, especially in the field of signal and data processing Experience with communication interfaces and middleware (e.g. TCP/UDP/IP, DDS, CANopen) knowledge of containerization, buildroot or FPGA-close platforms of advantage Basic knowledge of IT security desirable Confidence with agile approach models Very good knowledge of German and English Self-employed, structured working and team skills High readiness, resilience and quality awareness
