Task

• Preparation of all food, beverages and their output, as well as the instructions of the kitchen assistants
• award of work contracts to the kitchen assistants, taking into account technical instructions
• Classification and monitoring of food output
• Monitoring of out-of-home occupancy
• Monitoring the implementation of hygiene requirements

• safe handling of modern kitchen appliances, knowledge about food groups and cooking methods
• Loadability, team capacity and independent working
• Hygiene consciousness
• valid instruction under the Infection Protection Act (Health certificate)
• Working hours Monday to Friday between 05:30 and 18:48.
