Dunning / Receivables Management Clerk (m/f/d)

You create and send payment reminders and reminders and ensure reliable processing of open claims. You perform automated reminder runs and monitor their proper processing. You communicate with our customers to open receivables, clarify queries and agree on individual payment and advice agreements if necessary. You process queries from internal specialist departments and support the clarification of issues relating to debt management. You document payment inputs, dunning operations and payment arrangements made carefully and comprehensible. You pass open receivables to lawyers or debt collection companies and accompany the further process. You monitor existing payment and rate arrangements and keep in mind their compliance. You create evaluations and reports on the current demand stock and thus support a transparent control of the dungeon. You are actively involved in the optimization and further development of our processes in Mahnwesen.

You have completed commercial training or a comparable qualification. You bring at least five years of professional experience in dunning and Asset management. You have a safe handling of the current MS Office applications, especially with Excel. You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing. You are characterized by an independent, structured and solution-oriented manner of operation. You are interested in digitalization and the continuous development of modern processes.
