Professional and disciplinary leadership of the team for the transaction and accounting system with focus on efficient prioritization, ensuring fault-free processes and targeted resource planning Close cooperation and coordination with external partners, suppliers and internal departments such as finance and IT teams Responsibility for planning and controlling successful customer migrations and coordination of system changes in close cooperation with relevant stakeholders Support for internal and external audits and in agile planning processes (e.g. PI Planning) Responsibility for change management in close cooperation with the operating team to comply with technical and organisational standards

Complete study of computer science, business informatics or comparable to sound understanding of business processes and financial relationships Multiannual experience in managing teams as well as managing complex IT projects and systems Impressed organisational and communication strength and experience in cross-disciplinary cooperation Structured and solution-oriented operation with a good understanding of technical relationships Ideal knowledge in the environment with IBM iSeries (AS/400) RPG, DB2, SQL, MQ and X-Analysis and Explain German and English knowledge for successful cooperation in the international environment
