As a change manager (w/m/d), you actively support the change and transformation processes of our organization. You analyze projects, identify opportunities and possible resistances, develop accurate communication and change strategies and ensure that changes are implemented transparently and comprehensiblely. Through your role as an interface between executives, project management and internal stakeholders, you promote acceptance and create the basis for successful implementation. At the same time, you contribute to continuously optimizing processes and promoting the digital and cultural development of our organization. You analyze planned change projects, such as change impact or stakeholder analyses, and evaluate their impact on business areas, teams and processes You advise change managers in the targeted switching of changes, provide appropriate methods and instruments and make synergies visible as well as cross-links to other change initiatives You conduct targeted change measures from your analyses, implement these independently and advise change managers in the successful implementation You coordinate the involvement of stakeholders, advise management and executives on the legal implementation according to NPersVG and develop service agreements and procedural instructions In addition, you develop communication concepts for transparent and addressable change communication, develop participation concepts and organize formats, such as information events or workshops that promote understanding and acceptance of changes

You have completed studies, preferably in the fields of business or economics, (economic)psychology or social sciences, and ideally focus on change management or organisational and cultural development. You have professional experience in monitoring change and transformation processes You have well-founded knowledge of the right to represent personnel (ideally NPersVG) as well as significant experience in cooperation with stakeholders You bring an additional qualification in change management and, at best, further qualifications in project management, coaching or systemic further education You have profound knowledge in change management, are familiar with agile methods and bring project management experience, in particular in change projects, with You convince by enforcing ability in dealing with different interfaces, bring with them pronounced communication and empathy capability and prepare complex change processes according to target groups Your German knowledge corresponds at least to the language level C1
