Responsibility and implementation of the global category strategy in close coordination with the Head of Global Indirect Procurement Identification and realization of optimization and value creation potentials based on market analyses Definition and management of strategic sourcing initiatives and decision on important supplier awards Strategic management of central supplier relations, ensuring performance, innovation and long-term added value Monitoring and reporting of KPIs and global performance indicators of the category Functional leadership, development and escalation management for your Category Buyers
Completed economic studies or comparable training Multiannual experience in indirect purchasing or category management, focusing on CAPEX, FM, MRO & Utilities and global/interdisciplinary experience Embossed strategic thinking and ability to implement category strategies and realize value potentials Excellent project management skills, with the ability to efficiently coordinate internal and external stakeholders Positive ability to motivate employees who support Category Buyers in strategy and operational tasks.
