You are central contact persons for patients, relatives and assignees and accompany them competently and value-addingly in the case of administrative concerns around the patient's administration. You bring your medical understanding, arrange inquiries professionally, communicate information in a comprehensible manner and coordinate the other interfaces. You organize and coordinate appointments, findings requests and other patient-related concerns via different communication channels and work closely with our medical specialist areas as well as instructors. You provide a reliable flow of information and help to fully accompany the patient in a complex hospital everyday. You actively contribute your ideas to the further development of our processes and processes.

You have a successfully completed training as a medical specialist (m/w/d) and ideally bring a multi-year professional experience in outpatient or stationary healthcare. You have a good medical understanding and have the pleasure of using your knowledge. You enjoy communication with people and meet patients, relatives and assignees in work-intensive situations with empathy, patience and a pronounced service orientation. You work safely with the current MS Office applications and quickly find themselves in new digital systems, applications and workflows. You appreciate the cooperation in a dedicated team, take responsibility and engage with their own initiative and ideas to further develop our processes. You are a central contact for patients, relatives and assignees and accompany them competently, empathically and service-oriented.
