Tourism staff (m/f/d)

You advise our members on tourist issues and other complementary products. You convince us with their careful and independent working methods as well as a pronounced team capacity. You provide our regional tourist services and services. You always have a look at the needs of our members and target groups. You ensure continuous customer and/or member satisfaction. You work across departments and coordinate, for example, the marketing of tourist products and services together with the Communication & Marketing department. You accompany regional events in the leisure area, take part in fairs. You support team leadership in organizing events and implementing projects.

You ideally have a completed training to the tourism businessman Travel or Tourism and Leisure (w/m/d) or in the hotel industry. You are happy to work independently and convince with your excellent communication and expressiveness. You will be happy to support and accompany various topics or projects and will bring your passion and enthusiasm for tourism and leisure activities. You have fun with personal, telephone and digital advice and always work service-, quality- and customer-oriented. A reputable and friendly appearance distinguishes you. The current MS Office applications do well.
