The SOS Children's Village Schleswig-Holstein in Lütjenburg in a scenic location near the Baltic Sea is an institution of child and youth assistance with children's village families, various housing groups, outpatient flexible aids, school social work, a public kita, a family center and the children's and youth center "KOM,MA" with media workshop and environmental project. For our SOS Children's Village Schleswig-Holstein, we are looking for an educator/social pedagogical assistant (m/w/d) for day care for children, part-time (20 hours/where.)Your area of responsibility:In our daycare facility at the site of Schleswig-Holstein, you will accompany and promote children in a loving, structured and development-promoting environment. The facility consists of three groups - an elementary group, an age-mixed group and a crib group - with a total of 45 support places. As an educator*in, you design the everyday life of pedagogy together with your team, create secure ties and enable the children to develop a variety of learning and experience spaces according to their individual needs and situations of life.- Support and support in the everyday pedagogical education and care of a trusted educational partnership with parents and family members- active participation in team and specialist meetings for the coordination and quality assurance of the work-training concepts Your qualifications and skills:- They have a degree as an educator with a state-of-the-art recognition, or as a social pedagogical assistant.
