• Proactive analysis and optimization of existing accounting processes and tools used with focus on efficiency enhancement and quality • Own-responsible implementation of the main accounting processes as well as plant accounting incl. Monthly and annual financial reporting according to IFRS, local GAAP and tax law • Advising the associated European Hilti companies in all accounting and financial matters • Active cooperation and implementation of financial projects

You work effectively in a global matrix organization and represent Central European interests at international level. In doing so, you identify and actively manage stakeholders. We believe in the performance of various teams and are convinced that you will optimally complement us with your profile. What you bring: • Embossed entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as competence in implementing own ideas, both independently and in the team • Accredited commercial or economic degree with affinity for accounting • Professional experience in accounting / accounting (IFRS, HGB) as well as understanding of corporate taxation (early taxes, turnover tax) • Professional use of MS Office (predictive Microsoft Excel for data analysis, process support and automation with Power Query, Pivot, possibly VBA), further tools of advantage • Knowledge of SAP 4HANA is a big plus • Very good communication skills in German and English
