Automotive Service Advisor for MG (m/f/d)

You are the central contact for our MG customers and act as an interface between workshop, insurance and reviewers. You advise our customers competently and service-oriented on repair processes, costs and the scope of the necessary work – always transparent and comprehensible. From order intake to damage assessment to scheduled vehicle transfer, you coordinate all processes independently and solution-oriented. You create accident and repair calculations, supported in the communication with insurance companies and secure the collection and tracking of repair releases. You take over the complete documentation, soaring for correct flaws and responsible for the final control of the repaired vehicles according to MG quality standards.

Complete training in the automotive sector, e.g. as an automotive businessman, automotive mechatronics engineer or body builder – ideally with further training for the tested automotive service consultant. Professional experience in the car house, especially in customer service in the field of bodywork and paint.
