You support our corporate IT team as a direct contact for all concerns and service requests of our employees about Jira. Directly implementable wishes you realize directly and independently and thus act as a reliable and structured coordinator. You represent our corporate IT team significantly within the company and serve service inquiries as an indispensable link between your team and your colleagues - because Your commitment is crucial to the efficiency and satisfaction of all employees.

Server administration: Support of virtual Windows and Linux servers incl. User and permission management using Active Directory & Entra ID as well as update and patch management IT-modernisation: Planning and implementation of migration projects to modern IT solutions as part of our Cloud-First-Strategy Security & MDM: Continuous monitoring of our zero-trust environment through continuous optimization of our security tools Management and automated configuration of our work equipment by Intune & Jamf incl. Defender EDR for comprehensive terminal protection Network security: Administration of our firewalls, targeted use of IPSec and VPN Management of network segmentation and related policies Management and automated updating of certificates and encryption mechanisms

You bring a high affinity to cloud services and listening tools with Cloud First Strategy You are a team player with a high level of readiness and willingness to work on new technologies You have profound experience with IT Security solutions You have a comprehensive understanding of network protocols, architecture and security For Open Source Software and Open Standards You have practical experience with network device providers, preferably Fortigate and Ubiquiti
