B2B Marketing Specialist (m/f/d)

You are developing our B2B marketing strategically, operationally and with real influence on company growth from the start. Multichannel campaigns design and control targeted, coordinated with our B2B target groups and in close cooperation with sales and category management. You consistently measure results based on relevant KPIs, you analyze the performance of your actions, and then initiate concrete optimizations. Looking for trends and developments, you develop new ideas that reach our target groups and support our marketing activities measurably. You co-ordinate internal interfaces as well as external partners, keeps deadlines under control and manages your budget with far-sightedness and responsibility.

Your foundation forms a completed study or a commercial training – ideally focusing on marketing or communication. In the B2B marketing, you know: You know what it's up to, and brings several years of experience from a position as Marketing Manager (m/w/d) or Project Manager Marketing (m/w/d). Key figures, Funnel logics and CRM systems like Salesforce are not foreign words for you, but tools that you use safely and purposefully. You think structured, negotiate solution-oriented and advance your projects with organizational talent, pragmatism and clear target orientation. In cooperation, you are confident, can inspire, convince with clear expression and are able to build sustainable relationships.
