WEG-Representation of A–Z: Own-sponsored management of a fixed stock of housing owners communities Owner's Meetings: Preparation, Implementation and Preparation of Meetings Translating decisions: You keep decisions transparent and make a smooth implementation Economic plan & annual accounts: coordination and control in close cooperation with our accounting Maintenance in mind: You recognize the need for action on the objects and coordinate the appropriate service providers or our technical object managers – depending on whether technical or organizational measures are concerned. Regular object visits: control of the structural condition and identification of action needs Communication at eye level: You are the central contact person for advisers, owners, service providers and craftsmen Contract management: Examination, maintenance and conclusion of service and maintenance contracts

Real Estate Competence: Complete training as a real estate businesswoman or a degree in real estate/property management WEG Experience or Motivation: Ideally, you already have experience in WEG management – or you come from the classic administration and want to make your entry into the WEG world Basic legal understanding: knowledge in WEG law is a plus. If you are not deep in here, of course, we will support you in the further development Structure & organizational design: You work independently, think ahead and keep an overview in more complex community structures Communicative strength: You can moderate, explain and remain sovereign in challenging situations – especially in cooperation with owners and councilors Toolaffin: First experiences with real estate software (e.g. iX-Haus) and DMS systems (e.g. DocuWare) are advantageous
