• You take over the economic, technological and disciplinary management and control and development of your unit in the Managed Service area.
• The financial responsibility, in particular billing and compliance with the obligations, lies with you - as well as the operational assurance of the services for your customer situation.
• Develop long-term strategies to ensure the competitiveness and growth of your unit and implement them consistently.
• You plan, tax and control the profit and loss of your cost centers and ensure cost efficiency and profitability.
• You are actively promoting innovation, discovering new business opportunities and reflecting trusted relationships with customers as well as internal and external stakeholders.

Your skills? More than interesting:

• Complete training or studies in IT technology or comparable
• Funded and wide-ranging IT expertise, preferably workplace services, and good understanding of IT processes
• Multiannual experience in controlling and disciplinary management of large operating teams, ideally in the managed service
• Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
• Personally, we especially like your analytical skills, your entrepreneurial action, your willingness to take responsibility and your flexibility and high solution orientation.
