Digital Customer Communication and Services (m/w/d)

• Support in finding technical and technical solution architectures, creating content (text, static images, moving image)
• Support and responsibility for communication to customer interfaces and categorisation of inbound communication
• Support in the design of innovative, creative themes, in particular the use of AI and associated personalisation potentials
• Self-responsible cooperation on short-term special projects
• In short: everything from brainstorming to organization to implementation - here counts your hands-on mentality!

As a working student, you bring digital customer communication and services (m/w/d)

• Interest in digital communication and openness for business and technology topics as well as the interface
• Understanding new topics and working on it in the team is your home
• Organizational design and structured - you can also keep track of short-term projects
• Creativity & Flexibility - Idea is your strength
• You are ideally at the advanced stage of your studies in the field of Business Informatics, Digital Business, IT Management, BWL, Communication, Public Relations or a similar subject area
• German is your mother tongue and you master the German grammar
• You can also be on site in Unterföhring
• Openness for creative and innovative solutions as well as joy in dealing with pioneering technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal chatGPT
