In our IT department in Hamburg, you support your future team with the following tasks: Ensuring complete operation and error-free operation of the supervised applications according to ITIL and relevant procedural instructions and guidelines Contact person (m/w/d) Cooperation with developers, professionally oriented application managers and, if necessary, external suppliers to ensure the smooth processing of the processes Ensuring the topicality of the used hardware and software, software packaging and software distribution Depending on the degree of qualification and complexity: independent preparation and examination of technical studies and concepts including advice on the use of new technologies and methods Cooperation in technical projects or Sub-projects (according to PM Toolbox and Best Practice Methods) in coordination with the client including professional transfer of IT results to regular operation Processing and testing of technical documentation Coordination and implementation of regular operations in the applications

Successfully completed training as a specialist system integration (m/w/d) or as a specialist informatics a comparable qualification Two years of professional practice with experience in software packaging and in the Microsoft universe (Windows 11, Azure, Active Directory, PowerShell) Team and communication strength as well as great service readiness High target and result orientation Embossed analytical skills and technical understanding
