Team Leader (m/w/d) Finance & Controlling - Hospital

You take over the overall responsibility for finance and controlling and lead a team of five employees with collegiateness and vision. You drive forward the digitization of our administrative processes and shape future-oriented solutions. You are responsible for the production of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB and KHBV. You actively contribute to the creation of economic plans (including investment planning) and carry out forecasts, analyses, liquidity planning and reporting. You create tax returns and accompany audits in close cooperation with the Group Tax Division. You analyze and optimize commercial processes and thus contribute to increasing efficiency.

Complete study of the business economy with the focus on finance, accounting and taxes or a comparable, long-term professional activity multiannual experience in the financial and accounting of a hospital or in the audit focusing on hospitals; additional experience in group accounting is advantageous Funded hospital-specific expertise and safe handling of the HGB, KHBV and the relevant tax regulations Power of persuasion, social competence as well as an appreciation and goal-oriented leadership style Self-responsible and interdisciplinary working methods Very good MS Office knowledge, especially in Excel, ideally SAP-Hana knowledge A positive basic attitude towards the Christian values of our institution
