We are an innovative private institution of children and youth assistance, founded in 2002, with coordinated outpatient, semi-stationary and stationary aids from a single source. We work with our 180 employees at 14 locations in the district of Schaumburg and Minden-Lübbecke.

At our ''Hof'' in Bückeburg OT Müsingen we design a safe and structured 'home on time' for children aged between 4 - 11 years (up to 2 years). We design the stabilization of the child and clarification of perspectives with a child-oriented setting. For this we take the time it takes and break through patterns ''fast solutions''. Our conceptual basis is the working approach of trauma pedagogical transitional aid (TÜ) – trauma pedagogically with therapeutic proportions.Therapeutic proportions are understood as an integrated, everyday support (e.g. stabilization, emotional regulation, trauma sensitive discussion, close cooperation with external therapists:inside) – not as a substitute for medical or clinical treatment. The focus is on reliable relationships, clear structures and co-regulation. The aim is to stabilise children, to promote development steps and to clarify a sustainable perspective together with the youth office, caregivers and network partners. A multi-professional team from most experienced colleagues from various disciplines. A central component is the close cooperation with our trauma pedagogical-psychological practice – especially in the field of diagnostic clarification and technical assessment. The recommendations obtained from these are incorporated into everyday pedagogical life, the planning of assistance and the perspective clarification. In addition to the pedagogical team, the overall system also includes the household management team and the night-readiness team, which actively shape the children's habitat.
