Your duties Leadership and promotion of employees in shift operation

Ensuring compliance with delivery dates

Close coordination and cooperation with the adjacent work areas Production planning, work preparation and logistics

Implementation of measures to improve quality and increase production

Coordination of maintenance and maintenance measures

Support of machine operators in daily business

Your profile Mechanical engineering (e.g. machine/plant guidance or mechatronics)

Multiannual professional and personnel management experience in the above-mentioned field of work

Secure handling of PC application software (PPS and ERP systems, MS Office)

Willingness to shift work

Outstanding commitment, initiative, communication strength and team capacity
