Supporting our customers in complaints and problems with hotel booking by email and telephone Technical examination and assessment of complaints Follow-up of existing complaints and ensure rapid solution finding Communication with our national and international partners to clarify complaints Support of our customers on individual weekends as well as in marginal working hours (until 22:00)

Complete training in commercial or tourist areas desirable Loadability and a cool head even in stressful situations empathy and the ability to communicate in complex situations Professional experience in telephone and written customer contact (ideally in complaint and complaint management) Teamplayer (m/w/d) with fun at joint success and ideas German and safe knowledge of English in word and writing Safe handling of popular PC and Internet applications
