Working student in property management (m/f/d)

We, the Peach Property Group, are a real estate investor with an investment focus in the residential sector. Our portfolio consists of approx. 22,500 apartments, which are typically located in German B cities in the catchment area of agglomerations. Our activities include the entire value chain from the location to the acquisition to the active asset and property management as well as the rental of our properties. We are currently represented at twelve locations in Germany with our modernly established Peach Points. Our property management teams are fully responsible for the professional management of our rental properties and the service-oriented support of our tenants.

For Peach Hausverwaltungen GmbH, we are looking for a working student (m/w/d) for 12–20 hours at the next possible time at our site in Minden.

Support for projects in the field of ticket system, master data management and document management Processing of customer requests and creation of the corresponding correspondence Accompanying customer meetings and local appointments Delegation of measures in the change of tenants and ongoing maintenance in coordination with the Property Manager Support in the settlement of insurance cases Maintenance and updating of evaluations, analyses and overviews

You are impersonated in a degree course of real estate management, business management or a comparable subject Ideally, you have already gained first practical experience in the real estate sector or have a strong interest in the real estate industry with You have pronounced analytical skills and a structured, conscientious and independent way of working You have a high affinity to numbers and you know very well with MS Office – especially Excel –; first knowledge of SAP is advantageous You like to work in the team, show your own initiative and convince by an open, communicative way
