For our Servicefeld Portfolio Steering and Pricing in the Tribe Portfolio Planning and Steering (PSPPPS), we are looking for you as a portfolio manager and taxer (m/w/d) in Frankfurt/Main, Karlsruhe and Germany from 30 hours per week. Münster. Your activity is assigned to the Squad portfolio strategy and control. Here you work with six colleagues across locations and with a variety of interfaces.

Tasks with perspectives The focus of your task is the independent work on our customer-centric solution portfolio within the framework of strategic and agile portfolio management. You are able to create strategically expert target images that derive appropriate roadmaps and portfolio planning to ensure the further development of the portfolio. As part of your technical expertise, you are actively engaged in portfolio planning with the relevant service and business fields. You communicate the portfolio strategy and orientation with internal and external customers/formats (banks, cooperative financial group Volksbanken Raiffeisenbanken) and process directional impulses. You deliver input in the implementation of effective processes and structures to control a consistent overall portfolio. You communicate with the stakeholders, ensure the achievement of quality goals and deadlines, and bring entrepreneurial thinking and action.

Personality with profile You will bring a completed study of the business economy with a focus on (economic) informatics as well as many years of relevant professional experience in portfolio management or comparable qualifications as well as experience in managing cross-disciplinary (partial) projects. Convince your knowledge of the agile methodology (Bsp. SAFe), you can ideally demonstrate your proven skills through training/training with focus on Agile Coaching, Scrum Master or the like - Banking skills are absolutely necessary.
