Your role in us

• You enter Projects in construction and civil engineering from idea to billing.
• You are central contact person for clients, specialist planners, subcontractors, authorities and suppliers.
• You organize and coordinate construction sites so that dates, quality and costs match.
• You're , Mass determinations  and Calkulations**.
• You advertise Supplies , take stock of Supplies  and keeps Sustainables In view.
• You're reviewing Rechnungen project-related and designed for a clean bill.
• You work with our Construction Software (Sage) and develop existing processes.

What to bring

• A qualification as Construction engineer or mason master – or a comparable experience in construction. → Also qualified cross-comers with appropriate practice are welcome.
• Optimally already several years of experience in the areas of construction management, project control or construction billing.
• A good sense of construction sites and priorities.
• Structure, reliability and a pragmatic view of solutions.
• Open, proactive and binding communication – with clients as well as with craftsmen.
• For safe exchange with all participants you need very good German knowledge (min. C1).
• Driving class B (previous driving class 3).
• Secure handling of MS Office and openness for digital work.
• And above all: You mean what you say – and stand there.
